Great food in a relaxed atmosphere ! 5/8/2008

The new menu at Good has been great so far. Because I live in the neighborhood, I'm there at least once and week (obviously, I like it a lot). Perfectly fun place!!! 5/6/2008

One word: awesome! I was looking for something new and original on saturday evening. I came up with the idea to scout out for some good ole American comfort food ... Well here it is :) Just the right restaurant I was looking for: atmosphere is great, service over the top and the menu made me hungrier than when I came throught the door! Man it's been more than two years I haven't eaten fried chicken that was simply delightful! I've eaten 75% of it, and it can easily feed me for the next day. Amazing! I can't wait to go back and taste the rest of the menu! This place has another fan!! ;) Amesome beers. Pros: Ambience, service, menu Cons: Parking might be a problem on week-end but I don't think it's a major cons anyway. more

Very comfortable and the food is great with reasonable prices 5/5/2008

I like this place for the great food and reasonable prices. My favorites: Sampler platter, onion rings and their Aspen sandwich. Lately we started hanging out after dinner and discovered that place becomes a major scene on Weekends and Wednesday mystery beer night. Great scene with mixed crowd, diverse crowd. It gets really crazy on Wednesday after 8pm so get there early. I would recommend this place because you feel that you are appreciated. Pros: great energy Cons: sometimes gets very crowded more

WED. Mystery Beer Night 3/31/2008

All I can say is .... Mystery Beer Night ... which falls on a Wed. the onion rings are tasty as well are the wings . The Place is more of a beer bar to me .. nice spot to take a friend that is into beers. you got your choice from all over the globe.. ... they got big beers here as well .. i had some beer from India that must have been 12% or something cuz i was pretty ....spilt after it .. put it this way Pros: outdoor tables ... for those hot summer nights . and some of the best onion rings Cons: some of the prices are just retarded ... but ...after an arrogant b@stard or two and its hard to find a con more

I am a REAL customer of Good and love it. The beer sampler is amazing and I've got to say that to my tastes the food rocks. I take everyone here and they take everyone and the happiness grows like those spam ""if you don't send this to 50 people you'll die miserable and alone"" chain emails--except with alcohol and the Coachella Sandwich. wow. What a wonderful experience we all had. 3/24/2008

We all loved this place and had such a wonderful time. The beer selection is big and so are their portions. If you go home hungry you have a problem cause the food is good. Our service was excellent considering they were so darn busy. Very polite staff and friendly. We will all be back soon and can honestly say this is one of the nicest places in Silver Lake. Great date hangout 2/25/2008

If you're on a date, this is one perfect place to go and very close to Los Feliz.! I bought my girlfriend here 4 days ago and it was a blast, the food was really good and the place was upbeat and lively at the time. The menu is broad with almost everything you could ask for. This place is just plain fun to be at. The Vibe is very cool. Always great music, good service, a killer beer menu and satisfying food. My Mom lives near Good Microbrew & whenever I'm in town I make her take me to Good. For those of you who have never had their burgers or fried chciken - try it! I bet you will come back for more. Mom & her friends like the meatloaf & some go straight for the chicken. The music is a cool- but the decor is fun & the staff is very friendly. A must for the beer connoisseur, but they need more beers on tap. 2/17/2008

The beer selection is amazing, and the food menu offers something for everyone, with an emphasis on high-end diner/cafe fare. However, as a hard core beer enthusiast, I was a bit disappointed that they did not have more than 5 or so beers on tap. Also, the beer menu, while organized well (both by region and style of beer), did not include prices, so be sure to ask before ordering if you're on a budget. One negative for me was that while I can't speak for the other servers, ours did not seem to know much about beer...I asked for a recommendation based on what I liked and did not get a helpful response. Overall, my experience was positive, but I probably would not return unless I lived closer (I live on the Westside).
