My experience at The Good Car Co prove that they are only ""good"", ""honest"", and ""trustworthy"" on their terms. My car required over $2000 worth of repairs in the first 2 months of owning. About 1/3 were due to old age, and I expected that. However, one problem in particular arose as a fault of the mechanics the Good Car Co uses. I took the car to one of the service places on the warranty. They told me the problem was too invasive for them and to take it to the dealership. The dealership that the previous work on the car was not done in a quality manner. When I contacted the Good Car Co, they said that they would only help if I drove over an hour and had their mechanics, the ones who messed up in the first place, fix it. That is not honesty or integrity
Cons: Did not treat customer compaint
