I've been using Golem Copy Center for close to a decade now. You will be hard pressed to find better rates in Seattle than theirs, and you will not find better customer service anywhere. Brenda and her crew have always been so accommodating with my requests for ASAP printing and patient with my lack of experience in preparing electronic files for commercial printing. Indeed, on more than one occasion the folks at Golem have spent more time than I ever would have in getting my files to print just right. A truly outstanding operation. more

I have used Golem Copies almost once/week for 9 1/2 years. Brenda and the staff have been incredibly helpful. Sometimes things get submitted to them very late and yet they have never been late supplying the copies in time for the deadline we have. I've done a number of small to medium sized project with the owner, Brenda, and she's great to work with. Always happy to help and has been upfront if I asked for something that was not her area of expertise and referred me to someone who was. One of my favorite things about working with her is she always tells me her approximate turn-around-time and asks if I need it sooner than that. If it is a priority she's always done her best to meet my scheduling needs, even if I'm the one coming to her at the 11th hour. This is truly one of the worst experiences I have had with a copy center. I was told of a special they were running for the month of March. I submitted my proof and was told by the owner Brenda that my proof looked like WordArt and she wanted to “play with it” since this was her “specialty”. When I didn’t hear from her for over a week, I began to leave messages and still did not hear from her. My husband contacted her and she immediately turned! She was offended that I would say she did not give me “attention”. Basic customer service is what they lack. When she finally got back to me, she indicated that my proof (the Word Art) was just fine and they were sending it to print and it would be another week before they would be done. The project was not completed on time and there was an additional $40 charge for “Graphic Services”, she did not provide those services and when she sent me the proof, I told her that this was the same thing I had sent her earlier. She offered to remove $10 from the charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Bad Service in this economic climate, frankly, I am surprised. They are not worth the one star I gave them.
