I've done a number of small to medium sized project with the owner, Brenda, and she's great to work with. Always happy to help and has been upfront if I asked for something that was not her area of expertise and referred me to someone who was. One of my favorite things about working with her is she always tells me her approximate turn-around-time and asks if I need it sooner than that. If it is a priority she's always done her best to meet my scheduling needs, even if I'm the one coming to her at the 11th hour.
Pros: good work, honest people
Cons: not full-service but good at what they do
