This is truly one of the worst experiences I have had with a copy center. I was told of a special they were running for the month of March. I submitted my proof and was told by the owner Brenda that my proof looked like WordArt and she wanted to “play with it” since this was her “specialty”. When I didn’t hear from her for over a week, I began to leave messages and still did not hear from her. My husband contacted her and she immediately turned! She was offended that I would say she did not give me “attention”. Basic customer service is what they lack. When she finally got back to me, she indicated that my proof (the Word Art) was just fine and they were sending it to print and it would be another week before they would be done. The project was not completed on time and there was an additional $40 charge for “Graphic Services”, she did not provide those services and when she sent me the proof, I told her that this was the same thing I had sent her earlier. She offered to remove $10 from the charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Bad Service in this economic climate, frankly, I am surprised. They are not worth the one star I gave them.
Pros: I will never make the same mitake twice!
Cons: Bad Customer Service and Hidden Charges
