One word, IMPRESSED! Great service, fair, clear & upfront pricing, immediate attention! When my 10-year old AC unit decided not to work, I contacted Golden West and they had a tech come out next day. Chris was very knowledgable, on time, but most important, HONEST-a trait hard to come by with contractors. Chris provided a thorough analysis of the problem and provided multiple options for my husband and I to discuss. To be sure my investment was well spent, I contacted another AC company for a second opinion. I and was not impressed by their staff or pricing, and worse yet, they were booking towards the end of summer. After doing my research I contacted Golden West to schedule the install of my new AC system. I was expecting them to tell me 20-30 days out like many other places, but they scheduled NEXT DAY! As promised, Techs Chris and Anthony arrived on time and very meticulously installed the system. Anthony was so polite, he even installed the new thermostat and programmed it for me. I enjoyed working with Golden West and feel a huge sense of relief to know that if I have any questions about my new unit or furnace, I'm in great hands. I'll certainly be recommending Golden West, Chris and Anthony to my friends, neighbors and family! more

Because of friends recommendation we used Golden West to install a new boiler in our house. Caesar was our technician and did a great job explaining the work and started on the demo of the old unit that day and finished the following day. The install was done quickly and clean. All of the guys on the job were polite, respectful and clean. We noticed that one of the zones didn't seem to be working correctly and Tony was sent out b/c it was Caesar's day off. Tony called Caesar with questions and since he was near by he come over on his day of to help and solve the problem. It was resolved and all is working great. Hats of to Caesar and Tony for a great job!! more

Great service; friendly, fair, and honest!!!! Unlike other plumbing and heating businesses.. I had the best experience with Golden West! I called them distraught after a different heating and plumbing company had been at my house and charged me this ridiculous amount and had not fixed my heater. They told me I needed all of these new parts and it would cost a lot more to fix. I wanted a second opinion and I am glad I got one. They were upfront with the charges (no surprises) treated me respectfully, and fixed my problem. The next day they were called back to my house as again my heater stopped working. The technician was at my house for over three hours until he figured out the problem. He was awesome and I trust him. He told me in the future what I will need to service for my air conditioner, etc., so I will not run into further problems with that. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will refer them to everyone I know and call them with any problems I have. Thanks!!! more

I used to go through a differant plumbing company for many years when I had my main sewer back up last weekend I called in and Rick Agular was the tech that showed up with in an hour! He cleared my sewer and offerd a coulple options that the other company never mentioned to fix the problem so I wouldn’t have to have a plumber out every year or so. Fast service on a weekend early evening and no extra charges! I would recomend Golden west plumbing to any one at any time. more
