Great service; friendly, fair, and honest!!!! Unlike other plumbing and heating businesses.. I had the best experience with Golden West! I called them distraught after a different heating and plumbing company had been at my house and charged me this ridiculous amount and had not fixed my heater. They told me I needed all of these new parts and it would cost a lot more to fix. I wanted a second opinion and I am glad I got one. They were upfront with the charges (no surprises) treated me respectfully, and fixed my problem. The next day they were called back to my house as again my heater stopped working. The technician was at my house for over three hours until he figured out the problem. He was awesome and I trust him. He told me in the future what I will need to service for my air conditioner, etc., so I will not run into further problems with that. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will refer them to everyone I know and call them with any problems I have. Thanks!!!
