I had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed, and I want to express my gratitude to your plumbers and others that helped with this job. I have been using the unit for over a month now and am very pleased. I learned about Golden West through the recommendation of a friend and will certainly be recommending you to others. I recently had the problem all homeowners dread… My sewer had backed up into the basement. I had never used a professional plumber at this address, so I feared the worst; hucksters, overcharges, sullen workers, and shoddy work. By accident, I discovered Golden-West Plumbing and Heating. From the first, my experience was positive. The operator receiving my call was a professional, concerned lady that was able to schedule our “disaster” in time to save our Monday schedule, and she called after each service to insure that I was satisfied. Within minutes of the scheduled time, I met a cheerful, experienced plumber, Rick, and his assistant at my door. Both men knew exactly what they were doing. They went right to work, with the latest of tools, and had the problem isolated within minutes. (Tree Roots) While the plumbers worked, they explained Golden West company, and its dedication to customer service. My floor, and all of the tools used were covered with protective blankets. Any sludge that managed to splash on my appliances was cleaned with antibacterial cleaner. The waste was collected and removed. Rick then explained my options. I decided to have the old clay drain line replaced. This work was done on time, and my property restored. Even the rockwork in my yard was cleaned of dirt, and replaced on plastic to keep weeds out. I am happy with the entire experience, and I will recommend Golden West to everyone. more

Was new to the area and a little nervous to try a company out of the yellow pages but I gave them a call. They were a tad late to the first appt. but called to say they were lost and on they're way. (happens to the best of us) Very professional, clean uniform....even wore booties lol. They took a look at my running toliet and garbage disposal and new what needed to be done. I thought they were going to try and replace the toliet but actually just fixed it with parts from the truck....yay. Did get a new disposal though....spent a little more than I budgeted but well worth it. Very happy, GW is definetly going on my list of vendors. more

We had to have the dreaded sewer line repair/replacement on our 1963 Green Mountain home. Golden West was great to work with from start to finish. The guys were courteous and professional, and they worked hard on a hot day. The price was fair and their work excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future. Highly recommended. more
