They DO NOT HAVE RETURN POLICY! \r The sellers will cheat on you all the time to sell their garbage.\r This happened to me on 22/16/2013. I asked to the seller for an i-pad because their marketing were announcing on the radio that they will be selling i-pads for $100.00 to $200.00 below the price on the regular market. After I bought my “supposed i-pad” and paid with my credit card $180.19 I discovered then, that it was the cheapest and worst quality e- tablet ever seen. As I went back to the fair the same day to return this item the seller, who was a short hair blonde lady in her mid-fifties wearing glasses very rude, told me that they did not have return policy. When I asked where that policy was posted in a sign for customers to know it about, she said that it was printed on the receipt. You will need a thick magnifying glass to be able to read those letters. The worse part of the story was that I returned her item and I asked to my brother to took a video of me giving back the tablet to this lady, and they charged my credit card anyway! So that GOLDMINE II DUBLIN OH deliberately rip off $180, 19 from my credit card EVEN AFTER HAVING THEIR GARBAGE BACK! \r more

I purhased 2 tablets from Gold mine in Baltimore, got it home and it did not work. I took it back they exchanged it, it and the new one stopped working 1 week later. I have tried to get them to resolve the issue for 3 weeks now. I got their number from the reviews here only to speak to Brenda who is rude and hung up on me. First they told me I had to go to the manufactor, which their was not warranty in the box to have it fixed. Then they gave me an address in Santa Ana, California. I researched the address and there is no C.O. Trading company at that address. Now they are not answering the phone or txt I sent. I will also contact the better business Bureau to report this. I will also continue to get my money back for the tablets. Anyone/everyone who has dealt with this company must write a review and report them, this has to stop! more

My fiancee bought 2 laptops from them and they worked for a couple days. 1 of them dont have a valid copy of windows and the other one the fan doesnt work we have tried contacting the company regarding these issues and noone has responded to our calls. This is complete bs. The better business bureau is going to hear about this and then lets see what happens more

I also bought a touchpad, it worked about 2 days and then stopped. I had to go through my bank to rebut because we didn't have any contact information. After doing some research on my own, I found a cell phone # 614-378-8308 of someone named Akee. He then told me to call a Brenda 865-806-1609 and she gave me an address in CA to return the item. I returned it over 2 weeks ago, certified and insured, and have not heard anything back. more

I just bought a touch pad, Was told it had 90 warrenty, but no warrenty paperwork or contact information included. It worked two days. Telephone number has been disconnected. told by credit card company to return to company and request credit. more

i bought a digital camera from gold mine in dec. for a gift it does not work. i have had a terriable time tracking them down to return this item. it was susposed to be brand new but when buying a battery the person told me the camera had a used battery the camera will not work i ordered a battery from Konaki but the camera will not work. .they seem to sell broke items.
