I purhased 2 tablets from Gold mine in Baltimore, got it home and it did not work. I took it back they exchanged it, it and the new one stopped working 1 week later. I have tried to get them to resolve the issue for 3 weeks now. I got their number from the reviews here only to speak to Brenda who is rude and hung up on me. First they told me I had to go to the manufactor, which their was not warranty in the box to have it fixed. Then they gave me an address in Santa Ana, California. I researched the address and there is no C.O. Trading company at that address. Now they are not answering the phone or txt I sent. I will also contact the better business Bureau to report this. I will also continue to get my money back for the tablets. Anyone/everyone who has dealt with this company must write a review and report them, this has to stop!
