zero stars if i could, the fat black haired guy there got snobby and told me they will not buy 3 dvds and that i need to come back with 10 when in the past they have bought less then that from me and a blonde thin lady refused to buy my gameboy color game the guy at the shop doesn't like that i walk with my dog EVEN THOUGH HE IS MUZZLED AND IT IS COMPLETELY LEGAL this man is obviously a german shepherd hater and he has given me shlt about how he wont buy my stuff just because i bring my dog with me and i bring my dog because he needs exercise and he didn't say it to me but it IS because he doesn't like my dog i can read people like a book and their bicycles are over priced and cost 200 more then what walmart sells you can get a bike at walmart for waaaaaay less this place lost my business for good i will be sure to give them a bad review on every site i go to and report them to the better business bureau let this be a lesson to the people who work there KISS YOUR CUSTOMERS A$$ OR LOSE more

Ive been in there a couple times to sell items and when i went back in to just pawn something, they tried to tell me i couldnt get that much for what i pawn because i never came back to get the items i sold them. They said i pawned them but i remember i sold those items to them. The one guy is very rude. So when you go in there to sell something make sure on the slip it doesnt say you pawned it. more

All i have to say is if you are trying to sell gold to this outfit, be prepared to be given the lowest dollar possible. I went in there on 12/12/11 and the people were extremely rude once I had stated that the price they had given me was much lower than that of from a different jeweler. These people are a rip off, don't go here if you plan on selling any jewelery. Go to The Patriot in Corning CA, if you are in the area, they have WAY better prices, and are truthful about everything up front. more

This owner really needs to look at his staff with his rose colored glasses off. This place has the most disrespectful staff I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. All the negative post's are spot on ,not only were they rude to the customer in front of me when it was my turn I asked nicely if they would appraise my (very expensive diamonds ) in front of me and the man literally threw them back at me and yelled ...GET OUT ! , and walked off ...I was shocked what a pig of a man . BY THE WAY ..... I WENT TO GLAMERS ON BELL MILL RD. AND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE GO THERE ,YOU HAVE A CHOICE! more

I only give them 3 stars because of the customer service. I understand they are providing a service to people but the attitude they take on about it seems to be really smug and arrogant. Sort of like they are the authority and we are the ones with our hands out. I think instead they should seem a little more grateful that we bring our business to them, instead of just driving a few minutes to a town where there are several pawn brokers, who can't afford to be so smug. The other thing is I've seen several incidents in there where the staff was yelling at customers. One guy cussed at an old lady who'd come in to retrieve her stolen item(s). He used the F word really loud a couple of times; I had my 3 year old child with me at the time also. The old lady was crying and upset and not exactly being patient about getting her stuff back, but the staff wasn't exactly showing any hustle or enthusiasm about helping her, even though she had a notice from the police to have her items releas more

The guy running the place is a joke. Very rude, uninforative. Took advantage of a few people while i was in the store and even tried to screw me when wanting to get some cash for some old gold coins i had. When told i just wanted to pawn them for a week to make an investment, he refused to look at me or my wife and then offered use a 1/4 of what the coin appraised at. Then just walked off instead of explaining the process. THIEF and a JOKE. Spend the extra on gas and go else where. more

Rip off, they over charge. Give a verbal quote and then charge more when you pick up the merchandise. more

Down at the pawn shop, they have everything you need. A large variety of jewelry, coins, silver bars, collectors plates. A good place to buy gold, or silver. A nice family run store very nice, and polite. Need some leather, they've got it. From saddles to jackets. Chainsaws, tools, and stereos for the guys. Movies, music, and more all at the exchange buy, or sell. more

This place has a lot of items for sale. Gold jewelry, musical instruments, movies,music,stapms, collectors coins, leather jackets, and more. Almost everything is used, but in mint condition there, so you can get great deals on items. Or if you are looking to get a few dollars in between pay checks you can always come here, and pawn a ring, or some CDs. more
