I only give them 3 stars because of the customer service. I understand they are providing a service to people but the attitude they take on about it seems to be really smug and arrogant. Sort of like they are the authority and we are the ones with our hands out. I think instead they should seem a little more grateful that we bring our business to them, instead of just driving a few minutes to a town where there are several pawn brokers, who can't afford to be so smug. The other thing is I've seen several incidents in there where the staff was yelling at customers. One guy cussed at an old lady who'd come in to retrieve her stolen item(s). He used the F word really loud a couple of times; I had my 3 year old child with me at the time also. The old lady was crying and upset and not exactly being patient about getting her stuff back, but the staff wasn't exactly showing any hustle or enthusiasm about helping her, even though she had a notice from the police to have her items releas
