All i have to say is if you are trying to sell gold to this outfit, be prepared to be given the lowest dollar possible. I went in there on 12/12/11 and the people were extremely rude once I had stated that the price they had given me was much lower than that of from a different jeweler. These people are a rip off, don't go here if you plan on selling any jewelery. Go to The Patriot in Corning CA, if you are in the area, they have WAY better prices, and are truthful about everything up front.
