When my wife and I were both out of work we found that Gold Coast Jewelry and Pawn Shop was a safety net to keep us afloat during our difficult time. We had taken a couple collateral loans from them to pay bills and sold some unwanted or not really wanted items to get fast cash. They were always friendly and professional and never made us feel uncomfortable about going there. Now that we are back on our feet we sometimes shop there. more

I was so Impressed! 12/18/2011

My old Rolex watch was a symbol of an era when I had a lot of disposable income. It had been sitting in a drawer for at least ten years and I knew that I was never going to wear it again. I brought it to Gold Coast Jewelry and Pawn Shop to have it appraised and maybe sell it. I knew they did Rolex repair so I guessed they would buy it. I was told it was a 1980 Datajust and was offered 1750.00 for it. I was told it needed a good cleaning and would bring around 3000.00 retail once it was restored. I thought the offer was fair. They paid me cash and as I left and started walking to my car my smile kept getting bigger as I planned on what to do with my newly found cash. more

Rolex Watch 9/23/2011

I went to Gold Coast because a friend of mine got a loan on a guitar there. He said the people there were really nice, and that they were really fair. He also said that they had great watches and jewelry at great prices, so when I wanted a Rolex for my girlfriend, I went straight there. I bought a watch that was worth over 5,000 dollars for a lot less than that. She loves the watch, and I am definitely going to do my Christmas shopping there. more

AWESOME PAWNSHOP 9/23/2011

This shop is so cool. They sell high end jewelry on one side of the shop, and then in the middle of the floor they sell second hand items like Breitlings, and Rolex watches. They also had Harley Davidson motorcycles for sale as well. On the walls they sell Gibson guitars, clarinets, and violins. There is a real stuffed lion in the front window, and the chandeliers that hang from the ceiling are fabulous!!!! Its like an uptown pawnshop/jewelry store. And the people that work there are really courteous. They cleaned my jewelry for free! Just great people... more
