We just bought a piece of property and love it! With 2 pools, baseball field, clean bath houses, basketball court, youth center, hiking and biking trails, and adult center there is something for every age. We loved how they screen each person before buying a lot so you feel safe in this gated camping club. Park manager is doing a great job at getting every owner to take pride in their lot and to keep it clean. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a camping spot to call their own. more

We love GBNT & have invited our friends to join us in membership there! My husband & I especially enjoy the pools which are warm & wonderful in the summer months. We have been members for 4 yrs. this Jan........yes we enjoy GBNT even in the winter!!! The newly remodeled library is lovely, warm & cozy through the winter months, as is the pool table/workout room during same. I feel especially safe & relaxed as a woman in this security gated community! Have heard so many stories of long time members whose families grew up coming to GBNT & our family wanted that same tradition. A new park manager focused on the park's renewal has shined up the place recently which is great for us BUT we have always enjoyed our time there & appreciate the hard work and friendly attitude of it's employees. So reasonable with ammenities such as pools, tennis courts, archery range, club house, library & more. We keep our Golf Cart there & explore GBNT in that....too fun !!! more

Well, we were thinking about buying a lot there due to being on budget and not being able to travel out of state. One of my co-worker mentioned this place, how his grandmother owns memberhsip there. We drove out on a sunny day and first we liked it. We met with this little old man who said he was the sales person. He showed us several lots and first he was helpful. But after a while, he became agitated due to our questions. I never met anyone who knew so little about the properties being on sale. He pretty much refered us mostly to the office or to the park manager and just kept saying I don't know, I don't know. Hard to believe this family park is being represented by an 80 year old who knows so little. We were not going to waste more time and decided to check out the port susan club up in Marysville. more

I have been going to GBNT since the age of 9 back in 1975 with my parents, then bought in myself 16 years ago. We have a total of 5 memberships within my family. Although there are things that may happen that not everyone agrees with, this park IS a great place for families. It is not run by horrible people and the ladies in the office are VERY kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable. I agree that at times the rules can get to be a pain as do some of the staff and members. Don't we all have our moments? My feeling is this, you get out of the park what you put in. If you cause problems or conflict, you get them in return. You mind your own business and just enjoy, people will leave you to it. Trust me, I have 36 years of experience and camping fun to back up what I say. I am sorry June had such a bad experience. I for one have wonderful memories growing up in the park and I hope one day my boys will feel the same. more

I used to come here as a guest several years ago and I loved this place. Now it is horrible, mostly because of the people who run it. If someone is trying to buy a lot here...think twice. So many rules, hard to keep up with them. The sales person who used to be here wasn't really doing his job, so got fired. Now this new sales person is also a joke. He is arrogant, keeps reciting this rule or that rule, but when asking a question regarding the condition of a property, he doesn't really know and refers people to the office. The office people are an other issue..not very helpful, some are down right rude(B). Hopefully the people who run this place get their acts together, because if someone is trying to sell his/her property here and can't it is because of them. more

I have been going as a guest off and on for 15 years. As far as how it looks, it has had its ups and downs over the years, but everyone always tries to make it a fun time during the holidays, or a quiet time any other time. There are 2 swimming pools, and adult center, and a kids center, which makes it nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful.\r I have noticed as of late, that quite a few of the lots are beginning to look like storage areas, or that people are living there almost full time, with junk spread out all over their lots. This fact makes it somewhat difficult to enjoy the camping experience lately. Some places have overly bright painted out buildings that don't fit in to the park like setting. This has only been going on the last year or two, before that it was quite clean and not obstrusive to the eye. Hopefully they will try and get people to quit storing their cars and boats and other odds and ends on their lots during the winter (mainly). \r All in all other than looking like a run down trailer park lately, the people are great, and it is still fun on the holidays and during the summer months. Safe for the kids and teens, and keeps them pretty busy.\r Love this idea... better than trying to find a place out there with the masses fighting for a spot. We have had a membership for around a year and you could not ask for a better campground. I fully disagree with first review and i recommend one & all to check this out for themselves and their family. Lots of activities for everyone young and old. My family has had a membership here for going on 4 years. We love going to gbnt for the weekend to relax. very safe closed community where everyone watches out for each other. As with any community of 1200 memberships there are many different personalities and opinions. Unfortunately there are some that don't follow the rules. I'm on the BOD (board of directors) and willing to show anyone around that would be interested in having a membership at GBNT. Pros: pools, adult and youth centers more

This park is horrible! Lots look horrible all around the park. There is supposed to be lot inspections but obviously the park is not doing their job because many lots have trash and whatever else strewn on them. Roofs that look horrible, trailers falling apart. \r \r The park employees don't do their job at all. Never rarely see them working. The roads have potholes all over the place. All you see them doing is smoking and smoking right next to doorways to their offices, which like many people know is a state law in WA state.\r \r All in all this place is a horrible place to buy into. But why buy in to it and pay $5000 + for a lot when you can just be a guest of someone and use the park whenever you would like. Pros: THERE ARE NONE! Cons: BOD, EMPLOYEES, THE WHOLE PARK more
