I needed a car repair the day before Christmas Eve so that my son could return to his home in Austin. John and others made certain that the repair was made in time. The staff was very cooperative. more

Honesty 12/18/2013

My truck had water damage in the engine. They could have simply said it needed a new engine. They didn't, fixed it for under $500 including towing and as a result have my business for life. I would give them 10 stars if the rating would let me! Great Company! Thanks. more

biggest rip-off in Katy 12/17/2013

Your charges exceeded every estimate and amount paid by everyone I know. My car was kept over the weekend and I had to pay 3 extra days on rental. Car was ready first thing Monday morning ? 1,000 miles was put on my car. Nothing in the car was in it's original place. And the check engine light came on as I got to the Mason light. My car better pass inspection January, as I have explained to John this was a major concern more

Great Customer Service! 12/13/2013

Recently one of our crew trucks needed immediate service for a mistake one of my employees made by filling the diesel tank with unleaded. The wrecker was on location of our vehicle in a timely manner and was professional. The garage was already set up and ready for our vehicle to arrive so it could be repaired quickly. The service manager communicated the problem back to me and they were able to have the truck repaired by the next morning. Thanks to all those at Golbows who helped expedite the service on our vehicle. Outstanding customer service! more

I was highly impressed with the professionalism and help with my car. They took care of some things that I needed done that I did not even ask for. Nothing that would cost parts, labor or money but some maintenance things that needed to be done. I was so impressed! more

The Service Tech's and Mechanic's are ("First Class") and Know What to Do and do it right the ("First time") ! They Do Not Play ("Guessing Games") like other place's !
