Service 8/9/2013

Really appreciate the recipient of my request for a tow truck, then was happily surprised with the sincerity of John and how he handled my vehicle situation. Repair was completed very timely (especially since Champion Ford said once they did diagnostics it would probably be 3-4 days to fix - they are busy) and car even runs better. However, grease stain was left on the drivers side carpet. more

Trustworthy, Reliable, Great Service 8/7/2013

I've been going to Golbow's for years, and have never been let down ever! Very trustworthy, and I feel taken care of. As a woman having to deal with car issues on my own, it's hard to trust just any Auto Shop that they are not taking advantage of me. Plus they have WiFi, and was able to bring my laptop and work while I wait for a few hours is a BONUS. Every single person at Golbow's is friendly and have great customer service. Kudos to your team! more

Same day garage! 6/21/2013

I ended up stranded on I-10 going towards Katy when I had enough time to pull over to the shoulder and my car shut off and wouldn't start up. I called O'reillys and they have me a number to a shop that had tow trucks also. The tow truck driver got to me in less than 5 minutes which was incredible considering it was 100 degrees outside. When we arrived to the shop it was already after hours so the next morning I called up there and told them I needed my car back that day because I had to take the day off without a vehicle. The guys told me I needed a new alternator and battery and were having problems finding the alternator because my car was so old. Even though it was a project, they kept their word and had it back to me that evening. Excellent service and they will work with you if you need it back immediately. Also because the tow trucks were owned by the shop the tow fee was a lot cheaper!! I would recommend golbows to anyone in the Katy or Houston area! more

John is amazing!Finally! Someone you can trust when you take your vehicle in for service. He always tells you the things that need immediate attention and the things that you need to have done in the future. He is honest and trustworthy. I recommend him to everyone I know! Personalized, competent service 6/2/2013

This is my second experience with Golbow's after being severely disappointed with the Ford dealership who had sold us our vehicles. Golbow's came recommended by a friend whose parents had used them for years. John and the staff provided friendly service and repaired our vehicles at a substantially lower price than quoted by the dealership. We trust Golbow's and will continue to use them for service on both our Ford 150 and Ford Escape. more
