After having Midhat out on 2/23/12 I am very happy! Midhat was so delightful, very polite, nice, and courteous. It was so refreshing having him out to my home!

Monty, Jim and the duct cleaning crew, Bill & Richard, did a great job and I would recommend Goettl services to anyone. Bill crawled through the old duct works and kept the dust and dirt to a minimum.....fantastic job. more

Job Well Done Goettl 8/13/2010

We are so pleased about the new HVAC system that Goettl installed in our home on Saturday. A 5 man installation crew led by Ron and Billy worked from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, removed our old system and installed two 5 ton and one 2 ton split HVAC systems. We were very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the crew which worked all day in the 108 degree outside temperature. Their work was thorough and excellent. Much better than I could have hoped for. They were not only obviously very well trained, but also neat, clean and courteous. They all knew their individual jobs and they all worked well together. It was a very impressive team effort. We are very happy with the new system and look forward to the security, comfort and energy savings that this new system will provide for our family in the years to come. Thank you again Jim for a job very well done ! more

Worst Customer Service I have ever had 7/14/2010

I want to start by saying I have never written a negative review. Normally I just do not care that much. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company that sells service. I had the unfortunate experience of having my 2 air conditioner units stolen in the middle of summer in Arizona. I had Goettl come out to give me a quote. Their "comfort specialist" came out to do the site visit on Saturday. The whole next week I still do not receive my quote need for the insurance company. After about 7 or 8 calls (some to office and some to the tech directly) I got a call back stating that they could not fax or email the quote. It had to go in the mail. Of course the whole next week I still did not receive the quote. All the mean while living in Phoenix in the summer with no A/C. At this time I called a "supervisor" she said she had to call the tech and would have him call me. Which he never did. I called later that day leaving 2 messages for the supervisor but she never called me b more

Shame on you Goettl! 7/6/2010

I think this company employs a bunch of crooks. They convinced my mom to pay over $500 for a warranty/maintenance program. When her AC broke, they came and told her she needed to replace the entire unit and that the warranty wouldn't cover any of the cost. The price they quoted was over $10k for her tiny condo. Shame on you Goettl!!! I will tell everybody I know not to do business with this company. more

Pleasant and Patient 6/23/2010

Everything went so well! The sales representative, Stephen, was amazing, and the installers, Norman and Alex Cano, explained everything and made everything easy. Even the people in the office we spoke to to set up appointments with were pleasant and patient. We highly recommend Goettl to everyone we because they made us comfortable and we had a great experience with them. more
