After having Midhat out on 2/23/12 I am very happy! Midhat was so delightful, very polite, nice, and courteous. It was so refreshing having him out to my home!

Zach the tech fixed a problem that we have been having for months now. Other techs from other companies have been to our house and could never fix the issue, but Zach took care of all of our needs. We?re very pleased with the service we received! more

I called Goettl after having a tech from another company out a week before who couldn?t fix my problem. Roy from Goettl took care of all of my A/C issues with no problem! I was impressed and would definitely recommend using them. more

Goettl technician Efren was amazing! He was very sweet and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond the A/C repair by helping me program my cell phone. I will definitely be calling Goettl and requesting him again when my A/C needs another repair! more

Goettl gave me great service from beginning to end. Their customer service department returned my call right away to schedule my appointment and the tech did a great job fixing my A/C to get it working again. I'll definitely be using Goettl again in the future! more

Getting sued by the Arizona Att. General. 9/19/2011

Just do a quick Google search for Goettl and you will find this: The Arizona Attorney General's Office is seeking to shut down Phoenix-based Goettl Air Conditioning and a handful of other residential contractors in Arizona, accusing the companies and their parent of using illegal scare tactics and other deceptive practices in their marketing efforts. more

Excellent job! 8/15/2011

Goettl sent tech Shawn to my home and he was exactly what we needed! He was very professional and kept us informed at all times. It wasn't an easy fix but he was persistent and hung in there until all of the problems were taken care of and we had cool for the first time since the unit had been installed by another company. more

Horrible RIPOFF 8/8/2011

I LIKE HOW ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ARE ALL LIES. 1. How do these people even remember the names of the technicians? 2. All they had to say about the experience was that ""they did a great job""? Nothing Else? 3. The review: I'm going to lay it out plain for every one to understand that this company is the ripoff kings of the industry. The service call for $49 just for them to come out and look at the thing is kinda ridiculous but when i got the quote for the pricing for all the parts that needed replacing on my a/c unit i was dumbfounded by the amount which was $900 for the compressor motor which isnt even a real part name in the machine and a capacitor. Good thing i opted for a second opinion and my uncle called a friend of his that worked in the business to come look at it and fixed it for a flat price of $300. Don't bother calling this company even if it is the only company that has available techs that day, getting a hotel room and waiting for a family company to free up their schedule is still cheaper than paying these guys to do the work. more

The technician that Goettl sent to my home was honest and answered all of my questions. We felt very comfortable with him and he did an excellent job! We had received bids from other companies in addition to Goettl, and the other two were a joke. Goettl stood out amongst the others and I would definitely recommend them! I will never use any other company other than Goettl! Thanks for being so honest and professional! more

Initially, I called the company that advertises they will send ?No Melvin?s? to your home. Well?they didn?t even have to show up. I talked to ?Melvin? on the phone. A promise was made to me that they would arrive at my home the next morning, however, the next morning I got a call to arrange for a tech to come to my home?? I was confused. Turns out that yes, a tech scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning, but the office would not honor the appointment. Yikes?I called Goettl and was so impressed with not only the tech, but the service and the honesty of the tech!\r \r The technician that Goettl sent to my home was honest and answered all of my questions. We felt very comfortable with him and he did an excellent job! We had received bids from other companies in addition to Goettl, and the other two were a joke.
