Review content:
Initially, I called the company that advertises they will send ?No Melvin?s? to your home. Well?they didn?t even have to show up. I talked to ?Melvin? on the phone. A promise was made to me that they would arrive at my home the next morning, however, the next morning I got a call to arrange for a tech to come to my home?? I was confused. Turns out that yes, a tech scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning, but the office would not honor the appointment. Yikes?I called Goettl and was so impressed with not only the tech, but the service and the honesty of the tech!\r

The technician that Goettl sent to my home was honest and answered all of my questions. We felt very comfortable with him and he did an excellent job! We had received bids from other companies in addition to Goettl, and the other two were a joke. Goettl stood out amongst the others and I would definitely recommend them! \r
