Richard arrived on time and went right to work checking the system in a methodical and professional way. He was up to date on our warrantee protections, and he listened carefully to my description of the problems we were encountering. He soon found a fluid leak in the attic that appeared to be causing ice to form on the outside generator. Richard tightened the fittings and topped up the liquid in the system. He also adjusted all the hand-held control units to make sure they were working together. The house is uniformly warm and comfortable after his visit, and he assured me he would return if we had anymore leaks that were not detected. Richard's helpful attitude made me feel that I had indeed invested in a company that would stand by us during any future adjustments in a complex improvement to our home. Thanks to Richard and your staff we now face our first winter with electric heating with much greater confidence.
