I do not know what these reviewers mean - but Dr Fretzin is a thorough professional and my entire family is very very happy with his services ! Yes - his front office can be a little more friendly - but the doctor himself is great !!!! you gotta pay for good services folks !!! You pay peanuts - you get monkeys !!! I will STRONGLY recommend him for all my friends !! more

Can't believe the cost to have Dr. Fretzin spend 10 minutes with me. Have had several skin cancers removed and have moved many times in the last 10 years. Each time I found a new doctor they took the time to actually revew my skin closely. This included new dr's in the USA, Panama and Mexico. Hands down the worst. All about churning patients through. Then I get the bill and it is a over $650, after insurance. Staff is unfriendly and it seemed like you were interrupting their day. Avoid this Dr and practice. more

Both my husband and son had gone to Doctor Fretzin for 2 different procedures. Both procedures were astronomical in price! When questioned about the first bill we were told that they based their pricing on the highest allowed charge by Medicare. We we then told if we simply told them we did not have insurance it would be half the cost. My son's procedure was a simple procedure (10 minutes worth), that the doctor told my husband he was going to send for a pathology. My husband told him it was not necessary, but when we got the bill there is was a $300 charge. When I inquired about it I was told since we did not let them know in writing (which they never told us to do) we would have to pay it. I have to say the billing department tried to help by only charging our insurance company (because they could) and removing our portion of that charge. Oh, BTW did I tell you the procedures did not even work and my husband had stitches pop out that caused a scar? I would highly recommend anyone considering this doctor to stay far, far away! more

After a long wait in the waiting room, I was treated in a completely condescending manner by Dr. Freitzen. He is one of the rudest doctors I've ever encountered. I actually had to tell him that he and I apparently had a problem communicating, and if it couldn't be resolved, I would need to leave. more
