I left work early so my pay was docked. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, then the exam room for another hour. I was told tests would be ordered to be done at the hospital and I would be called with the appointment time. I called back 3 times over the next two weeks and still no appointment had been made. I went for a follow up visit and had the same wait time. The doctor saw me for about 2 minutes, wrote a prescription and charged me $70.00 for the follow up visit after my insurance had already paid $300.00 for the initial visit. They were not willing to work with me on the billing either. I wish I made $35.00 per minute of my time.
