This establishment exemplifies why many of us loathe to seek medical advice. I have experienced back pain for over 20 years (since around age 15), and finally decided to seek some advice. I was told several times that I exagerated a previous diagnosis. The physician rushed me out and belittled me whenever I asked questions. I was told to ""live with it."" The staff (except those at reception) were rude -- no knocking on doors, turning backs while I was talking, moving computer monitors so I could not see my x-rays, etc. I will never set foot in this establishment again.
Cons: Poor customer service; egos galore!
