Just Horrible, paid for valentines flowers, called to confrim they were ready, never got them. said they could place a new order and have them next week? If it's important, go to a real florist with a nice shop. If it looks trashy even from the outside, there is a reason. Would not ever do business here. more

I received a delivery to my home, and it was beautiful and lasted two weeks, they were Large Daisies, I never seen them before. Thank you for the long lasting daisies. more

My fiance decided to surprise me for Sweetest Day Friday and asked to have the arrangments he chose for me delivered during my lunch, but it didn't come until AFTER 6PM during CLOSED business hours. When asked to have redelivered Monday they refused and said that they don't do 2nd attempt delivery. When my fiance called them around 3PM to find out where it was they said that the truck left around 1PM and it would get there BEFORE 4PM (our office closes at 5 & my lunch is hour was at noon). At 5 when i left for the office he wondered why I didn't call him to thank him for the flowers. He called them back and they LIED to him telling him that it was delievered around 4:10PM. Which is was NOT. I got confirmation that they delivered AFTER 6PM. Don't trust this business! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE! SO needless to say my surprise turned out to be a total fail and such a dissappintment because they had to sit more

I am very happy with the prices; I received a perfect wedding package for $379.99. And they let me use their vases for my reception at no cost as long as I returned them to keep the cost low. I am so happy that I went to this Flower Shop. Thank you Glass City Flowers for giving me a Memorable Day! more
