I cannot believe this business still exists. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a corsage for my daughters formal dance tonight. I placed the order early on Monday to ensure it would definately be ready. My daughter has been looking forward to this night all year and because it is the end of her junior high years we thought it would be special to have a wrist corsage from her daddy. He picked up the order for me because the woman told me that they closed at 6 and I could not be off work in time to pick it up. I come home and helped her get dressed and her dad brought out the flower to surprise her AND BOY WAS IT A SURPRISE! The beautiful corsage on the website is not what we got, instead we received a boutinere (sp?) that was God awful! I was very disappointed because they were closed and our surprise was ruined. About 15 minutes after this I received a phone call from the shop inquiring about us picking up her corsage. I said he did and we got the wrong one. The lady on the phone said, ""Oh, you are the one who got the wrong one!"" I said yes and she said come on over so you can get the right one. Upon arriving, one of the workers became obnoxious and started saying ""oh he told me he wanted a boutineer"" let me tell you, the man does not even know what that is! She proceeded to tell me that he asked for one for Allison and it was under her last name, so we got someone else's order. Then she told me she made it grey because he told her that our daughter's dress was grey. He had no idea what the dress even looked like. Then she said he said he wanted one for a boy and that she asked him 3 times and he said he definately wanted one for a boy. I am pretty sure he is aware his daughter is a girl! So at this point, I was like wait a minute, did she get the wrong order, or did he tell you the wrong color and thing to make? She became irrate. She then showed my daughter the correct one, which was beautiful. My daughter was happy about it, so I went to pay the difference being the corsage was more expensive. The lady then told me ""oh no, you will pay full price, this is your fault!"" I said this is bull and you are lying about all of this. She handed me my credit card back and told me I could leave. I said, ""wait, are you honestly saying you are not going to sell the right one to me for my daughter who is standing here waiting for her dance?"" she said only if you pay full price. I then gave her my credit card back and said whatever, I will not be returning here ever! She threw my card back at me and refused to sell it to me and told me she would be expecting an apology when she found out he asked for grey. REALLY? I said lady you are nuts if you think I am calling here for anything. I asked if she was the owner, she stated no and gave me a card and told me she can't wait to read my letter of complaint. I said this is ridiculous that you can refuse to sell this to me when my daughter is standing right here waiting for a corsage. She thought that was really funny at that point. I told her I would be contacting the BBB and she said ""F*** You! right in front of my daughter. I walked out the door and remembered I forgot the original mess they tried passing off to us and went it to grab it. She tried keeping the original receipt and I said absolutely not, I will be taking that receipt. I walked out the door and she said F*** You again, and I said you are honestly saying that to a customer, nice class lady and then she proceeded to flip me off in front of my two children and my daughters friend that were in the car. On a side note, for a flower shop that place absolutely smells awful. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE PLACES LIKE THIS-WE DO NOT NEED THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! You have to at least give one star for a rating, but they do not deserve even that!
