I was quoted one price over the phone and when I picked my dog up, they charged more than the quote. My husband dropped off our Bichon and told them to do the standard Bichon cut....

My name is Spicy and I am a longhaired cat whose shedding hair was getting all over the place. My mom took me to Glamour Pets and Becky who inherited her cat whisperer talent from her mom (Jan who has since passed) shaved me so that I look like a handsome lion. I didn't even hide from the mirrors when I got home. No one smokes inside the pet salon. If anything, they smoke outside. It is refreshing to go to a ""service"" location and meet folks who really care about the pets. I don't know if Swirly was having a ""bad"" day - but I received royal treatment and mom is a happy camper. more

Terrible, Smells Like Cigarettes! They must smoke while they groom the pets! 2/12/2009

I was quoted one price over the phone and when I picked my dog up, they charged more than the quote. My husband dropped off our Bichon and told them to do the standard Bichon cut. When I picked up our dog, she looked like a poodle. Then the owner had the nerve to tell me that he didn't think she was a ""real Bichon'. They were very unprofessional and the place was gross and smelled like cigarettes! I can just picture them smoking and grooming my dog at the same time! I would not recommend this place to anyone...it was disgusting! Pros: Parking Cons: Gross more
