I was quoted one price over the phone and when I picked my dog up, they charged more than the quote. My husband dropped off our Bichon and told them to do the standard Bichon cut. When I picked up our dog, she looked like a poodle. Then the owner had the nerve to tell me that he didn't think she was a ""real Bichon'. They were very unprofessional and the place was gross and smelled like cigarettes! I can just picture them smoking and grooming my dog at the same time! I would not recommend this place to anyone...it was disgusting!
