They were just out here yesterday and checked everything to see if everything was working right. My husband started using them 3 years ago and although he is no longer with me, I still go back to Gilmore. They are just good. The repairman from Gilmore showed up the same day I called. It was so cold in our house! He diagnosed the problem, went to get a part and had my furnace working in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with him and the furnace has never been quieter. Extremely pleased with Gilmore! more

Would absolutely recommend 12/9/2011

The tech that came last week was professional and quiet while doing the installation of our new heat pump. The drilling part of the job was messy, but understandable so. He was very neat, organized, and aware that people were living in the home. Thanks for all the service and great work. more

Gilmore was very good. The young man that came in was very careful, and he definitely did a very good job. He even told me about the carbon monoxide detector, which was ticking, and he straightened that out for me. He was also very clean about coming and going from the house. more

This company is right on top of everything! The VERY BEST SERVICE I've had with any company. They kept in touch with us each step of the way and their calls to us were immediate. Our sales person did an excellent (no pressure) job of explaining when, and how, everything would take place. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with the best. more

Being new to Gilmore, we were unexpectedly treated like old recognized customers. Everyone was helpful and friendly, from Rose and the telephone staff to the on-site techs. They all went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and promptly. We will go to no one else from now on. Thank you Gilore. more

Gilmore should come up with a Relator HVAC inspection & diagnostic that does not include work on the unit but does include detailed itemization of the findings. Otherwise, great service! more

It was hot!! 10/25/2011

We had a major emergency last week. The heater was turned on and wouldn't turn off. The thermostat was broken and the house got up to almost 101 degrees. We called Gilmore and they sent somebody right out to fix it. They ended up replacing the whole thing with in 1 hour, everything brand new and it wasn't that much. Gilmore really comes through when you need them to! Thank you all very much! more
