This company is right on top of everything! The VERY BEST SERVICE I've had with any company. They kept in touch with us each step of the way and their calls to us were immediate. Our sales person did an excellent (no pressure) job of explaining when, and how, everything would take place. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with the best.\r more

""Gilmore Solar Heating Air Conditioning have gone out of their way to help me in the time that they have worked for me. I have been with them for a few years now. They contacted me at a time when I was not pleased with my current heating and air company, so I switched to them. I liked Gilmore immediately, and have used them ever since. Every one of them has been courteous and kind to me--the whole bit.\r Another thing I like about Gilmore is that they come through on everything they say they will do. They put a heater in last year, and it has been working great. This year, they put in a new air conditioner which I'm also pleased with. One time, when they were out for service, I had a dryer vent hose that was loose and they even fixed that for me. I'm elderly, and really do appreciate it. You won't find better service or more courteous people.""\r more

We had Gilmore come out because we had gotten a new air conditioning and heating unit and we were having problems with it taking a long time for the house to cool down and heat up. The people who put in the system put it in incorrectly. Gilmore fixed that and the results have been saving us a ton of money. It used to run all the time trying to get to the right temperature.\r more

All of the people at Gilmore Air are very nice and thorough. I referred my father to Gilmore Heating and Air. I explained and described the positive experiences I had with them (I'm signed up for a maintenance plan). He agreed to call them, within one hour a Gilmore Heating and Air tech was at my father's door, AMAZING!\r Gilmore serviced and replaired the system within 2-3days, after parts that were ordered came in; My father was happy and estatic.. My tech Kirk was very courteous and thorough, he cleaned my 3 filters, checked on a possible issue with the heater, serviced and cleaned my air conditioner inside and out. The entire visit lasted about. 1 1/4 hours.\r more

Our experience with Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent, even better than what we were expecting. From start to finish, they were great. The salesperson didn't bore us with details that weren't relevant to us. He was open to hearing our questions and concerns. When we decided which unit we were going to get, we discussed the noise level. We needed one that was quiet as I am sensitive to noise and that was a big concern to me. We ended up up-grading and paying more for a better motor. Before they came to install the unit, I asked specifically that there be no radio or smoking at or around our house. One of the installers asked if he could play music, and I told him no. He told me it was classical music, and I still said no. I thought that would be met with major attitude. But it wasn't. He was very polite, they all were very nice and as pleasant as can be. And when they took a break to smoke, they did it away from the house as well. They were very professional, thorough and before they even got here, they called first, just as they were leaving to give us an accurate time of arrival. They would arrive on time, which was very important to us also. We have recommended them to several friends of ours. We plan on using them for maintenance in the future\r more

We were in the middle of a heatwave. Gilmore responded within 24 hrs which is unheard of in the Sacramento heat. I was very impressed with Brandon. (Diagnosed within minutes, repaired within 1/2 hr, very neat, clean, frendly, professional).\r more

Ryan did an AC tune-up. He was precise in his explanation of the work performed. Moreover, he charged precisely the amount quoted for this service. He wore a booty over his footwear inside the house and was very friendly. I would recommend him highly.\r more

Another company, after several attempts, could not figure out what was wrong with our heating system. We called Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning and they figured it out on the first visit. They repaired our system and it's working great now. Gilmore has a good reputation and they are good at working things out.\r more

We are new homeowners, and found that our unit was fairly new, but hadn't been serviced since it was installed (3 years ago). Cory did our heating unit in the fall, and was back today to service the air. Everyone is SO friendly, the service is GREAT, always on time, and answer all my questions in PLAIN ENGLISH! I would recommend Gilmore to anyone! We're batting a thousand!\r more

The servicemen always arrive on time and once they're here, they do a good job fixing it for me. They are also always nice and polite. Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning was wonderful. From the very first person that I talked to on the phone when I called to place the order, I was extremely pleased with everyone that I talked to. The salesman that came out to the house was extremely professional. The installers were outstanding as well: very polite, very professional and they even swept out the garage when they left. If the need arises, I sure would use them again, and I'd be happy to recommend them to anybody.\r more

AAA+ Service personnel and Company 7/9/2013

During this last heat wave my air condition was not keeping up cooling our home. Called Gilmore they sent out Chad, a technician, in less than a hour Chad had found the problem, he also checked out the whole system and gave it a clean bill of health. Chad explained all what he did and what needed to be replaced to fix the unit. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable of our unit. I have used Gilmore before and had the same experience with the responding technicians. more
