Kirk arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of not only the air conditioner/heater, but the attic insulation and ducting as well. He gave me a professional report and pleasantly answered all my questions. Gilmore has always given us excellent service. more

Very satisfied. 8/28/2012

I used an heating and air service before and caught them putting in a lesser valued unit in my attic than I paid for. They had to come back out and replace it, regardless to say I am very carefull not to get burnt. Zach was the tech. that came out to my house and I am very pleased with his performance. He's very curtious, respectfull and for him we will use Gilmore Heating and Air again. We will also recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Sincerly, Roy Campbell. more

Alan was fantastic, the best A/C Tech I've ever delt with! 8/10/2012

Nobody wants to spend money on a fairly new A/C unit and I was not happy to do so but Alan did a great job. He was respectful of our home and I would recommend Gilmore to anyone needing A/C or Heating work to be done. more

Air conditioning unit stopped working. Service tech (Rick) made a diagnostic service call and was able to identify the problem within minutes. He also made some recommendations that would help our system run more efficiently. I would recommend Gilmore to anyone and feel comfortable that they would be in good hands. It's refreshing to find a reliable company that still cares about customers. more
