Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor removed some old carpeting and put in hardwood and tile flooring. The installation went very smoothly. They were on time, on schedule, and on budget. Pretty much everything I would ask for. The price was competitive. The technicians were very respectful and they even helped me out with a few things that they didn't even need to like moving some furniture that I hadn't gotten to and things like that. They did a great job. more

Been a customer for 4 years, enjoying the service 2/3/2017

Gillespie's has done multiple flooring jobs for us over the past 4 years: hardwood, vinyl, and carpet in different areas of the house. Everybody is so, so pleasant to work with. It doesn't matter if it's Monte, Craig, or the techs that come out to do the installs. Everyone does their part to make our appointments pleasant. Their estimates are accurate. Craig even re-did one estimate for me after he'd found specials that reduced the cost about $300! I feel like I'm getting my money's worth with this company. more

would highly recommend them for in home restoratoin 1/27/2017

Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor did a couple of things for me. They put in some kitchen flooring in tile and they re-carpeted my whole house. It went perfect, they did everything they said thy were gonna do and they did it in a timely manner. The workers were very respectful, friendly and professional. Everything went well. The price was average, we didn't do much checking around, but I'd say it was average. I would just highly recommend them if anyone is doing any kind of work in their home, restoring anything or whatever. I think very highly of Gillespie's. I recommend Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor highly, they did an excellent job with my floors and I am very happy with them. This was my first time using them and I would use them again if I ever needed to and definitely recommend them. They were polite, timely and they did a good job doing what we needed them to do. Great work, very reliable! 1/10/2017

I used Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor recently and was quite pleased with how the work went. They were very accommodating, and very helpful with helping us find exactly what we needed for our kitchen. We have had no issues with them, or with the work that was done. I would definitely use the services from Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor again, and I highly recommend their services. happy with the service and products 1/9/2017

We used Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor in the past and have always been really happy with them. We had some flooring done recently, some carpet and laminate, and about 2 years ago they put tile in 2 of our bathrooms. The workers were professional. Of course everything is expensive but I guess their prices are pretty competitive with other companies. We are loyal customers, but if we don't like something then we take our business elsewhere, so it goes to show we are happy with the service and products. They are a friendly family owned company. Carpet Installation 11/18/2016

Recently I had carpets installed in my home in several rooms by "Gillespie's Abbey Carpets." They are a wonderful business and family to work with. They are friendly, warm, helpful and very professional. One can easily sense they know the flooring business well and are eager to assist their customers without a lot of high-sales pressure. I had an excellent experience with "Gillespie's" and I would highly recommend them to others. Compliments from my guests on the carpets & the installation says it all. Thank you to your entire team! Excellent 8/2/2016

I am very happy with the quality of the floor we bought from Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor. We covered almost our entire house, close to 2500 square feet. We bought laminate and I'm very happy with the quality of it. The installation went very well. The installers made sure to clean up after themselves. I feel the price is justified because I really love the product, it's wearing really well and it's overall just very great. Great personal service that provided an excellent finished product! 8/1/2016

I went to Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor because I was looking for a local company to do my flooring, not some big superstore where my business would not be valued. I am very pleased with them as they gave me great personal service. It felt like I was dealing with a family, not a business at first. Even when the installers came to my home they acted like a group of family members and were friendly and proud of their work because of that. My Experience 7/15/2016

I am pleased to work with Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor. They have laid flooring throughout the house and I love it. Now I have had one room carpeted and it is everything I could have asked for. Looking forward to working with Gillespie's again to have other rooms carpeted. Their prices are fair and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Excellent from start to finish. 7/14/2016

We had Garrison Collection, Maple Wheat flooring installed in 90% of our home and the experience was top notch from start to finish. We also had our living room carpet stretched and it is like new again. I have recommended them to every one I see. Good for the most part 7/5/2016

I recently had the guys over at Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor put in some new carpet for me and they did a good job. The installation and the quality of the carpet were both very good and I am pleased with that aspect. The color of the carpet in the showroom was slightly different than how it looked when they installed it which was interesting. I would definitely recommend that they give bigger swatches of carpet for sampling. Other than that though everything was smooth and easy and really good. Great! 6/30/2016

We liked everything about Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor. They were very responsive, polite and very neat. They were fantastic towards us. We've used them twice now. They did some porcelain tile for us in our downstairs, and we came back two years later to put in laminate flooring upstairs. The installers were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Everything was just top-notch. more

Quality 6/23/2016

Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor did one big room for us. We purchased some hardwood flooring and we are happy with the quality of it. They provided an installer with us. The installers were polite, friendly and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation went good. I felt the prices were high, but the quality was good. more

Great 6/16/2016

The workers at Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor were very helpful in selecting the product. They were knowledgeable about the materials. We ended up getting some engineered hardwood floor and some carpeting we are definitely happy with it. They installed the flooring for us, as well. The installation went well and they were actually about to put the flooring in at an earlier date than we original thought they would. The hardwood floor installed was a room about 15x15 square feet. The carpeting covered two bedrooms, the hallway and the stairs. The pricing was fair. We did compare other places as well before we chose Abbey Carpets. Since I had used them a year prior when I was doing my bathroom remodel, I remembered that the people working there were very friendly. Excellent experience 3/18/2016

Our entire experience with the folks over at Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor was excellent from top to bottom. From the beginning, the decorator who helped us pick out the flooring was helpful and great. Once we made the selection, we set an appointment and they came by beforehand to double check the measurements since we have some weird shaped floors. The installers came and they were great, they were on time and professional and did the job in a very timely manner. These guys just showed great customer service and it went a long way with us. The floors look amazing and that coupled with the customer service just made the whole experience excellent. more

Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor did about 900 square feet total. The installers were fine. The prices were a little bit higher than I thought they would be, but I didn't get estimates elsewhere. They're a local business and I like to support local businesses. more
