Frozen pipe 1/7/2014

Adam was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. This happened during the unusually cold January weather. He explained everything to me before using a machine to thaw the problem pipe including the cost.. I knew ahead of time that it might not work. Fortunately it did work. The plumbing in our house is strange and he spent time trying to figure it out. I know from past experience that the pipes do not run normally in our house. When he was finished he patiently showed me what to do to try to keep it from freezing again as we were expecting another below zero night. He also explained that there was no guarantee that it would not freeze again because of the location of the pipe. I felt he was honest in his explanations. If we decide to do major repairs to relocate the pipe - I would want him to do it. more

Excellent Service and Fast Service 12/5/2013

Had a clogged sewage drain and Rob K was here got the drain unclogged under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Fast and Efficient 12/4/2013

Gillece Services sent a technician very promptly, upon arrival Llyod was very friendly and professional, he immediately went to work fixing my clogged kitchen sink. He seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, within minutes the problem was solved. He also took the time to look at all our other faucets that need repaired and gave me an estimate. more

Great 12/4/2013

They didn't get to us as quick as we would've liked, but the service was great. They also kept us up-to-date and informed us when they would be able to make it. They did not leave us wondering like a lot of places. Also, the technician was friendly, helpful, informative, and was very patient and friendly toward our small child. We will definitely use them again if our toilet fails us again! more

Friendly service 11/28/2013

Jim H was friendly and professional. He quickly fixed the problem (the bathtub drain), then offered to show me all of my shut-off valves and answered all of my questions about future service. He explained the Gold Plan service clearly without any high pressure sales moves. I would recommend him and his company to all of my friends. more

Line clog 11/13/2013

I had my main sewer line clog in the morning. I was babysitting at the time and was really stuck. I called Gillece and with in two hours I had Gerry at my door. It was cold so I did not want to take the baby into the cold garage. Gerry told me that he would handle things after I showed him the drain and some water sources. I left him and in notime he had the drain open and running clear. He was fast and curtious. I would have him do work for me anytime. The price was ninety-nine dollars. more

Scott C fixed a problem with my shower. He was really friendly, explained exactly what was the problem was, what was needed to fix the issue, and how the cost was broken down. He did a great job of fixing the shower. I recommend Gillece as well - they gave a courtesy call when Scott was headed over and sent an email with his background. more

Dale Stough 8/22/2013

If I could have given Dale a 10 rating it still wouldn't be high enough. He worked, talked and cleaned better than a cleaning company. As he worked I can tell you he truly loves what he does, I could see it just in the way he did things. He takes pride in his work. We were able to talk the whole time he was here, and he never skipped a beat while working. Anyone who gets Dale to work in there home or business, will be very fortunate,he knows exactly what he is doing, and also makes you feel very important while he works.
