Quick, quality service 7/9/2015

I realized last night that my indoor vents were blowing but the outside unit wasn't on at all. The inside of the house was steadily getting warmer, and it's summertime! First thing this morning, I called another A/C place in town, but they didn't have availability until Saturday. I called Giddens and they said someone would be here between 3:00pm-5:00pm; I got a call at 2:20pm saying the technician (Bailey) was on the way. He let me look over his shoulder and showed me everything he was doing, explaining along the way (so I learned something!) It was a common issue and a simple fix - but I appreciate most of all their quick response and everyone's genuinely helpful attitude. I do recommend them. more

Great Service and Professionalism 1/31/2015

Many other local companies came out to look at my unit and didn’t show much professionalism and couldn’t answer any of my questions concerning the repair, it is as if they were instructed by their management to sell units instead of repair them. I knew that my system was practically new and didn’t need replacement it just needed a repair and someone who understands Trane systems to diagnose it, Ben from Giddens AC came out to look at my system within the hour and found that a surge melted one of the wires near the capacitor and that it was a simple repair that could be serviced on the spot. My system was up in running within a couple hours of giving them a call. If you need AC Repair in the greater Tallahassee area, Giddens is who you need to call. more
