I realized last night that my indoor vents were blowing but the outside unit wasn't on at all. The inside of the house was steadily getting warmer, and it's summertime! First thing this morning, I called another A/C place in town, but they didn't have availability until Saturday. I called Giddens and they said someone would be here between 3:00pm-5:00pm; I got a call at 2:20pm saying the technician (Bailey) was on the way. He let me look over his shoulder and showed me everything he was doing, explaining along the way (so I learned something!) It was a common issue and a simple fix - but I appreciate most of all their quick response and everyone's genuinely helpful attitude. I do recommend them.
