Giannini's Auto Body was great. This was my third time getting my car repaired there. They are easy to communicate with and very accessible. They all go by their first names, and they know me when I call. This time it was difficult for me to get my car there and back, so they actually came, picked it up and delivered it to my house. That was just totally amazing. I didn't even have to go in the shop this time; they took care of the whole thing. The work is always fine; I've never had a problem. This most recent time the complete driver's side of the car was scraped. It wasn't a difficult job, but it was a large job in terms of the work needed. Every part of the side of the car was affected. more

SAN FRANCISCO'S BEST AUTO BODY SHOP! 11/15/2006

My experience at Giannini's Auto Body was fantastic! The owner Mike took extra time with me to make sure that I understood everything from beginning to end. He helped with the Insurance company, rental car company and anything else I needed. His employees were friendly and shop was clean. Being a single woman, who has been taken advantage of before it's great now to know I have a buisness that I can go back to trust 100% and reccomend to everyone I know. My car looked like it had never even been in an accident! Pros: EASY PARKING AND CLOSE TO FREEWAY , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN SHOP , ALL INSURANCE & NON INSURANCE WORK ACCEPTED, ALL REPAIRS DONE QUICKLY Cons: NONE! BEST BODY SHOP I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. more
