My experience at Giannini's Auto Body was fantastic! The owner Mike took extra time with me to make sure that I understood everything from beginning to end. He helped with the Insurance company, rental car company and anything else I needed. His employees were friendly and shop was clean. Being a single woman, who has been taken advantage of before it's great now to know I have a buisness that I can go back to trust 100% and reccomend to everyone I know. My car looked like it had never even been in an accident!
Pros: EASY PARKING AND CLOSE TO FREEWAY , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN SHOP , ALL INSURANCE & NON INSURANCE WORK ACCEPTED, ALL REPAIRS DONE QUICKLY
Cons: NONE! BEST BODY SHOP I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
