The shops here are great. You'll find something for everybody. From high end store to something everyone can afford. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/29/2013

I really don't come to Vegas to shop, and the shops at the Forum are no different than the shops in most malls across the country. It is a cool place to walk through and probably even cooler with the fountain statues are working. If you drink one of the yard drinks and look up at the ceiling, it looks like the sky is moving ;) more

Pleasure to deal with 7/13/2011

At first glance the low prices, and contemporary style of the furniture looks too good to be true, but the brothers who own Melrose Furniture are the real thing, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! The best thing is that the furniture is a great value for the price. They delivered and setup the furniture on time, as promised! Be sure to ask for Karen (it's actually a guy's name, just Russian). It's always a pleasure to do business with people who do what the say they will do! Continued success, and good luck Guys! more

great selection, but over crowded and chaotic 2/28/2011

There is just about everything you could want here for clothing and restaurants. The only downside is dealing with hordes of people. Personally that really ruins a shopping experience for me more

Privilege Store 3/29/2009

Was in Las Vegas over the holidays. I was shopping for a pair of boots at Privilege. The sales girl excitedly showed me a pair of $400 boots. She said there was only 1 pair left and they were my size and on sale for $99. She took them to the cash register for me to purchase. I shopped a little more, added another pair of shoes. Got up to the counter and the price suddenly became $240 because "oh, my manager found one more pair in back." She proceeded to start ringing me up. Told her no, that they needed to honor the price she quoted me not once but several times. Nick the supposed store manager said if she sold them to me for $99 the balance would be taken out of her paycheck. I told him that was illegal and violated labor laws. He basically didn't care and was extremely nasty. I asked to speak to the owner. He told me no, he would not provide me with her info nor tell her about hte situation. Obviously I left without buying anything. Worst customer service and attitude I have EVER encountered! Cons: Worst Customer Service!!! more

SHOPPING AT THE FORUM, NOT SO FRIENDLY 2/21/2009

Shopping at Skooz, and other designer shopes at the Forum: My husband and I was in Vegas for a week for the Magic. We visited several shopes in the Forum and 8 out of 10 did not greet us, nor welcome us when we walked in for shopping. My husband entered a store and picked up a dress and the rep immediately yelled that dress is 10k! I guess to say we could not afford anything in the store. LOL! I also noticed we were the only ones in the store, maybe that's why with the economic crunch, she's really scaring customers out of the store. I did get a generous young man at a shop name "Privilege," and I did purchase there because he made me feel welcome. My husband which is a frequent Vegas person, stated "I've never seen so many sales here in the Forum." Well, they need sales and new reps to acknowledge all green money, not only the RICH and FAMOUS! more

Horrendous Experience at Las Vegas Ceasar's Palace Versace 5/30/2008

Spare yourself heartache--shop elsewhere. As a financial analyst of a retail apparel chain, I know that there are ethical businesses that care about customers. Give your money to them, not shysters. My husband and I are considering legal action against LV Versace. We request the franchise refund us $1,000. 2 days ago, my husband bought a dress from their Ceasar's Palace store. He asked salesman whether he could return it as he wasn't sure it would fit intended recipient, his wife. The sales rep told him, 'No problem.' We took the dress back today to return it as it was too small. Staff refused to take it back. Everyone at the store has told us something different about details of this sale. The salesman called in sick today, so we talked to saleswoman on duty. She repeatedly interrupted me as I politely asked questions about various store policies re the purchase. She interrupted to take "No cash refunds" sign out from BEHIND another sign behind the register and read it to me! She said the stamp on my husband's receipt said, "No cash refunds." (Salesman stamped this on his receipt AFTER my husband signed the receipt, then immed dropped it in his bag.) She told us that her store didn't need customers like us. While I asked her what happens when a sales rep tells customer something contrary to store policy, she dismissed me by ringing up another customer's order. We asked to speak to manager. She was in a conference. Employees of Versace Jeans provided us the names of the owners, who are also the managers. I later called manager, who was very unhelpful and condescending, saying comments about my husband such as "Sometimes men don't ask the right questions." The manager told me that I should be grateful to get store credit, as they usually don't offer customers that. When I asked her to confirm the owner's name, she said that she couldn't give me the owner's name and told me to send a letter to an e-mail address which is corporate's, not franchise's. Pros: One polite sales rep, Nelly Cons: Two sales reps and manager/owner financially, verbally abused us, deprived us of $1,000. more

The Forum Shops - Casa Fuente Bar 1/18/2007

I think the Forum Shops is a mall with a great variety of stores, bars and eating places. Probably my favorite spot there was Casa Fuente Bar. I stopped by Casa Fuente last Sunday afternoon (January 14th) to watch some football and have a couple of beers. This is actually a cigar bar, but even as a non smoker I found it thoroughly enjoyable. The Casa Fuente hostess (who was also my server) was cordial, effecient, engaging and attentive (not to mention beautiful). She checked on her customers frequently and was exceptionally prompt with her service. The owners could not have found a better hostess than this young lady. Pros: Service and ambience more

Great Shopping 11/11/2006

I loved the forum shops at Caesars. Most of the shops are upscale of course, but you can still some nice things even if you don't have a lot of money to spend. I especially loved the Coach store! The ladies were very nice and helpful and there was a good selection of Coach products. I'm definately going to save up so I can shop more for my next visit to Vegas. more

Start to forget it is great 11/5/2006

After a while, everything in Vegas starts to look the same. It's all big, it's all great, it is all incredibly overpriced, and the Forum Shops at Caesar's are no different. It is as beautiful, grand, and spectacular as anything else no doubt. If I had an extra ten grand, I would have really enjoyed this place. more

Something for everyone 10/30/2006

Yes, this is "just a mall," but this shopping center truly has something for everyone, all ages, all price ranges. As someone who's not into gambling, this was a great place to spend a day and spend some cash. Also, since it's in Caesar's, the same place as the dance club Pure, my friends and I were pulled aside by a club promoter and put on the guest list! If you're into shopping (and possibly getting into Pure for free without having to wait in line), I would definitely recommend it. Pros: Something for everyone Cons: Not the most unique of shopping experiences more

GREAT PLACE 10/19/2006

lots to do and see 24 hours a day fun and fun and fun and then i go to the moon and see crickets play in sand box more

The most glamorous, knock your credit cards out of the wallet, beautiful shops in the states. Designer heaven and fantasty to savor. Forum Shops has it all from food, to Emilio Pucci Swim Gear. 7/13/2006

Love the Forum Shops..... This shoppers mecca has it all from Emilio Pucci Swim Gear to Voges ultimate Chocolates. Fine dining restaurants to casual snack bars, even night clubs next to the one and only FAO Schwartz Toys. A designer paradise and not to mention it is beautifully layed out with marble fountains to innovative lighting features to represent all the peak times of the day and night through ambiance of sunsets and dusk to full day light. Great place to bring the wholel family, movingl statue free shows. Tell the world about this treasure chest. Pros: Fabulous Cons: It's bigger than you may thing, bring walking shoes more

Fantastic Shop-a-thon 1/19/2003

Great place to shop in Las Vegas. There is alot of variety in the types of stores. Almost anyone could find something here. more

Rome as you want it to be 1/9/2003

Dazzling display of attractions, shops & atmosphere. You would swear that you are outside. more

They have everything!!!! 8/18/2002

If you have kids, take them to FAO Schwartz near the back of the shoppes. It's a great place to shop even for parents. Then go outside and view the statues as the come alive!!!! Don't forget to go to the Discovery store, too! Pros: Variety of shoppes, free entertainment more

overrated 7/2/2002

the Forum Shops are overrated. sure they have nice stores like DKNY, Gucci, Prada etc...all the high-end stuff. yes, the ceiling is painted to look like a clear, blue sky etc..overall it's worth a walk through but there is nothing here that you can't find at any upscale Mall anywhere else in the US. so what's the big deal? anyone? anyone? more

Mall with a fancy name 5/30/2002

This is the only nearby place to shop. It's a basic mall with stores for rich people with a fancy name slapped on the building. Nothing special to report about this place. Inside this "mall" is a painted sky on the ceiling and pillars on the sides in an attempt to make it look authentic. Pros: expensive shops, not original more
