I highly recommend Jessie, she is wonderful. She listens to what you want an delivers. Her hair and nails are superior to anyone else in the valley.

Worst

Overall, it was a nice experience. But by the time my masseuse put my feet in water, had me pick my favorite symbol, smell 3 scents... it was 10 minutes into my massage time. Then...

I had all kinds of kinks taken out from the hour message, some parts were so relaxing and others painful(in the, get the knot out kind of good way). My wife who was getting one done next to me was so tranquil for the whole rest of the day. We Both love getting side-by-side messages there. more

Manicure, french tip 11/13/2011

Had the maintenance mani, with french tip and clear gloss. That evening after putting lotion on cuticles, I noticed the gloss already peeling. For 25.00 not impressed. But the gal was lovely! more

Side By Side Massages 10/31/2011

My Mom and I had a wonderful experience at Gervais for a side by side massage. The girls did a great job with our massages, taking their time to work on the areas we requested. Their method, pressure, and attention to detail was on point and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be back! more

An Indulgence 10/30/2011

My husband bought me a gift package at Gervais Day Spa for our 13th Anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. The people there were all warm and friendly. The technicians for my massage, facial and mani/pedi-cure were focused on my comfort and needs. I have never felt so indulged. more

Good relaxing experience 10/19/2011

I loved the whole day. I got an hour and half massage and then a nice pedi. The massage hurt when she was rubbing by my arm pits and hip bones but other than that, it was good. The pedi was great. I have never had one and thought my feet were too sensitive but it felt great and she did a great job on my nails. more

Massage and Pedicure 10/19/2011

A friend and I came in for an hour and a half side by side massage which was wonderful! I loved how they got us ready for the massage and the fun way they had us choose our massage scent! The only downfall to the massage was it ended to soon. Next time we will be going for the 2 hour one. The pedicure however wasn't quite what I expected sine other spas I have gone to have a different setup with a permanent tub in front of the chair and most places the massage on the legs lasts longer than theirs did but overall I loved the color she picked out for me. Overall we will defintely be going back but we might not do the pedicure next time. more

Erica did a super job on my hair cut and color and I am VERY picky. The cutie from Africa did a good job on my pedicure. Sorry, I forgot her name. I will get many compliments on my hair and gladly tell everyone where I went! Thanks y'all more

I have been an Aveda client in many places i have lived over the past 20 years. I am very loyal to the product and the continuing education that Aveda demands of the professionals that represent the name, however I was very disappointed in Gervais in Medford OR. Even though my appointment was at 10 am I was quite astonished that there were stylist who appeared as though they just woke up and came to work to get ready....thats NOT what Aveda is about! Get your sylist to get their self together and look the part of being an AVEDA representative..... Common man, its not beauty school anymore. Step it up! I give Lisa a 4 and the salon a 1. more
