I highly recommend Jessie, she is wonderful. She listens to what you want an delivers. Her hair and nails are superior to anyone else in the valley.

Overall, it was a nice experience. But by the time my masseuse put my feet in water, had me pick my favorite symbol, smell 3 scents... it was 10 minutes into my massage time. Then...

disappointing 12/24/2011

I had a massage a year or so ago and was disappointed with that but got a gift cert. so came again. Was so loking forward to a relaxing experience but was not to be. Mani-pedi not as good as cheaper places. Really bad polish job. Very sweet girl but will not come again. Sorry but definitely not worth your rates. p.s. Pedi set up not comfortable. Jae Lynn more

I walked in on a day I was needing a little pick me up, and was greeted. They found an appt. For me right then. I think I found my new hair stylist because of it. Thank you Gervias more

Great service, but... 12/20/2011

I was greeted with a warm hello, a refreshment, and a lavender neck wrap to immediately relax me. Next, I was led upstairs for my spa manicure. My technician was very professional and very nice. The end result, however, was not so great. By the time I was driving home, my nail polish was already smudged on four fingers. The polish didn't seem to want to "set". I've never waited so long for my nails to dry, so I'm not sure what the deal was. I thought perhaps the polish was applied too heavy, but not positive. So my review is mixed. The overall atmosphere was wonderful with an OUTSTANDING receptionist, but I paid $40 for a so-so manicure. more

Overall, it was a nice experience. But by the time my masseuse put my feet in water, had me pick my favorite symbol, smell 3 scents... it was 10 minutes into my massage time. Then I laid on the table for 3 full songs worth (I obviously couldn't see a clock, but I listened to 3 whole songs, so about 10 minutes+). My 1 hour massage was no longer than 40 minutes. Those 40 minutes were good, but if you require that much time beforehand, you should tell your clients to come in 30 minutes early. more

Excellent Service All Around 12/12/2011

The front desk staff were great as usual. It was especially nice to hear my name as someone said goodbye to me on my wait out after browsing around for a while. Patricia did a great job and was interesting and fun to talk to. Thanks to all of you! more

The atmosphere was very nice. My mother was able to come with me and drink tea, which was very pleasant. The girl that did my toes was nice. However...The design was not how I described it to her. That could very well be my own fault? My toes were uneven and a couple of them looked bulbous. My left big toe gel nail fell off after 2.5 weeks. I have had gel toes before and they usually last longer. The girl that did my toes said she was the best?? I will be back for a massage maybe, but not for gel toes. more

missed so much that I ended up having to pluck and tweeze at home anyway. Was not thorough and did not give attention to detail. I would not go here again. The customer service desk is great, and the massages are great, but never again for waxing. more

Outstanding service 11/22/2011

Truly an awesome experience. Angela Edwards was wonderful. I'm still talking about it and sharing my business cards. My daughter Becca loved the facial massage, she felt however, that her girl was very nervous and not sure when it came to cutting her hair. And, she cut off far more than requested. I think the next time we come in we will probably request another lady for her. I'm keeping Angela! more
