My roof was old and recently started leaking and I knew I'd either have to fix the leak or just give in and get my whole roof done. I was on a tight budget and didn't know where to start. I tried looking in coupon packets, on line like Craig's list, and phone books. I called in estimates and had some very strange people come out to my home to give me a bid. Then Gerry came. He was great. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions about something I was about to make a major purchase on. He listened to my concerns and gave me a fair and great bid. I continued to look around, but only found myself coming back to Gerry's proposal. When we actually confirmed the contract, I couldn't believe the company did EXACTLY what he said they would do AND more. They came in and started the job, worked straight through to finish earlier than the promised deadline, and were very professional all through the production. They even cleaned up everything afterwards too! I was very pleased with the finish. Gerry closed the deal with a final statement to me, "We're stuck at the hip for the next ten years!" I doubt I'll have to contact him because of the great job they've done, but it was nice to know that he backs up his work! I would definitely recommend this company to others. more

I live in AZ and a friend needed her roof inspected and needed a 5 year certification for her house to close. I called Gerry and he had a fair price and could get it done the next day. He called me after inspection and said roof was in good shape, except vents needed to be replaced. He did this the following day. It was nice because I did this over the phone and my friend meet them and they installed the vents. He then billed me and I paid thru pay pal. It was a very good experience and a job well done. AAA Gerry Ray,s Roofing. First time ever using a contractor did not have to go over a thing when finished. This crew was polite but no messes anywhere no shortcuts were taken. After job was done met Gerry for final inspection you went over his crew's job, found one thing he did not like on shed attached to the house told me his guys would be out the next day to change it, next day they were here no questions asked. We had that terrible Thanksgiving Day storm come through, and it blew a bunch of shingles off my roof and caused a leak in my daughter's room, where she was planning on staying for the holiday. I called my insurance company. They recommended a couple of roofing companies, but when I called one, they weren't available for a few days. When I called AAA Gerry Ray's Roofing, Gerry Ray was available to come out the next day. He came out, did his own observation and estimated that he could save me $700 off the cost of tarping it and just go ahead and fix it then and there. He had it done in no time flat. There was no inconvenience to me or my family. Gerry Ray is so nice, patient and easy to deal with. He even helped me through the insurance process. I have never claimed anything and he was very patient and explained how to get the payment to him from my insurance. Gerry really turned a bad experience into a pleasant one. That's really hard to find nowadays. Plus, his prices are unbelievable. I am planning on using only Gerry Ray for future projects! more

They redid our roof in one day. very fast. Roof looks great. Cleaned up the mess. I had them replace the boards that the gutters attached to. They replaced them, one side very nice, other side large gaps. They told me its so the roof can breath. WRONG. will recommend them but they need close supervision. more

AAA Gerry Ray's Roofing has done work on my home twice now. A few years ago he was working across the street from my house, and I contacted him about doing some small repairs. He did a great job, so I kept his card. A couple of months ago, I called him again. This time, he took out the skylights in my sunroom and laid a new roof. They had took work around the weather, and tried very hard to get the job done quickly. On the day they came out, it started raining 45 minutes after they left. I can count on Gerry Ray's to show up on time. The workers are very courteous, and also efficient. In addition to all this, the price is right. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I absolutely would recommend Gerry Ray's Roofing. The heater vent on my roof got pulled off, and they came out the very next day to look at it. They patched it up, and they even patched up some other small holes that needed to be repaired. I appreciated that. I don't know about roofing, and I was glad they saw them and took care of them for me, and all for the same price they quoted me originally. They brought all their own equipment to the job, and they were very professional about it. I appreciated that a lot. more

Gerry Ray's Roofing has been fairly responsive, and they seem to do decent work. I'd say maybe loose ends could be a little tidier, and communication could be a little tidier too. I had intended to refer them, but they have decided not do work up in the city. RESPONSE FROM AAA Gerry Ray's Roofing: Jeffery Allen, You asked us to come out and install a roof when you were not completely ready. Then you had us come out again, after you cut a skylight into the brand new roof we just installed. We didn't charge you a dime. Now you refer us to your friend for a $300 front porch tie-in. We appreciate the refferal but we will spend more money on gas than what the job will cost. Sorry for your dissappointment. We are more than happy to do total roof replacements. It is just not logical for us to do little repairs with gas and diesel prices the way they are right now. more
