We had that terrible Thanksgiving Day storm come through, and it blew a bunch of shingles off my roof and caused a leak in my daughter's room, where she was planning on staying for the holiday. I called my insurance company. They recommended a couple of roofing companies, but when I called one, they weren't available for a few days. When I called AAA Gerry Ray's Roofing, Gerry Ray was available to come out the next day. He came out, did his own observation and estimated that he could save me $700 off the cost of tarping it and just go ahead and fix it then and there. He had it done in no time flat. There was no inconvenience to me or my family.
Gerry Ray is so nice, patient and easy to deal with. He even helped me through the insurance process. I have never claimed anything and he was very patient and explained how to get the payment to him from my insurance. Gerry really turned a bad experience into a pleasant one. That's really hard to find nowadays. Plus, his prices are unbelievable. I am planning on using only Gerry Ray for future projects!
