In these very hard economic times, I have NEVER encountered a company so rude! A payment was late due to a situation at my bank to no fault of my own and was given 4 days or power would be shut off. Well they shut it off right away! They still would not (after paying full balance in cash only - because that is all they would accept, take off $150 in fees! This was a lie on their part and some of us are struggling. You cannot get anyone there to help or to listen. I will be contacting WSAV like I saw one guy do and maybe find another company if there is any. What if there was a child in the home or someone who needed medical hook ups? All they care about is money and lying(like the 4 days promised) This is un-American and they are mean, uncaring scammers. When told we would contact local news station about the situation, response was ""Go Ahead!"" I don't know how they sleep at night. What a way to run a business!!! Also how is it that 2 people in a home have a bill of close to $400? The whole neighborhood pays average of $70 even in the freeze! You think they would care to help or look into the problem? We can't even afford to put a meal on the table much less pay to have that done too! We will just have to get assistance elsewhere and I pray these jerks don't do this to anyone else! I'm sure they have after speaking to numerous employees there. They must be trained to be complete a-holes to anyone and everyone they can! Good business tactics! You should all be fired!
