These guys are terrific! My smile is so great now, and I have nothing to feel self-conscious about anymore! The doctor was friendly and listened to what my concerns were. And, he didn't make me feel bad or lecture me, either. All the assistants were friendly and helped me with any of my questions, as did the gals who checked me in. The hygienist was so gentle, I didn't even feel it when she checked my gums! All around, these folks are the best! I can't imagine going anywhere else. more

How many people can actually say that they LOVE their dentist office? The Hillsboro Gentech is hands down, the best dental office that I have ever been to. The entire staff is very friendly and there to make sure that you have the best customer service expirience that you can while in their office, and that you recieve the best treatment.. They explain everything to you so that you really feel compfortable with whatever kind of treatment you need to go through. Keep up the great work guys!!! more

I like coming to Gentech, because they are always nice and helpful. Dr. Barghouti is a really funny person, which takes the edge off of coming to the doctor. I like to ask a lot of questions and they never make me feel stupid. I like to learn and Dr. Barghouti has taught me a few things about dental health that are really interesting. I guess what is comes down to is that they have always taken care of me and for that reason I like going to their dental office. more

Gentech is a great dental office all around. I was happy with all the services I received from the exam with the doctor, teeth cleaning and the way I was treated by all the office staff. I brought my 3 year old daughter in for her first visit at Gentech. She could not stop talking about how much fun she had at her appointment and asked when she could go back. Gentech did exactly what I was looking for..... I been seeking a dental office that could relate to my needs in the kind of smile that I wanted. The dentist I saw had recommended to do a study model of my teeth first so he can tell me on what he thinks will and will not work out. I thought that was awesome, most other office just wanted to push me to schedule so they can get their money, not with these guys, they took me through step by step. Being a college student away from home, Gentech Dentist was very friendly and easy to work with for a first-timer. They recommended me to a great surgeon for wisdom teeth removal and were really great about following up. I first came to this office, because I broke off my front tooth. I was self conscience about my smile and did not want my first impression with people to be that I was an unkempt hill-billy. I was very pleased that the doctor fixed my tooth on my first visit. I also appreciated he took in to consideration that this broken front tooth was an emergency to me! The doctor gave a gentle shot and after he was done I could not tell that my tooth had ever been broken. Now, I have a new dentist and will continue to go to this office for all my other dental needs. Pros: Helps emergency patients more

I usually get to any one of my appointments I have a little early as a courteous. As I was waiting in the waiting area, Gentech had a video playing; I was impressed and couldn't believe some of the cosmetic things I was seeing. Some things I saw, like enlarging a tooth or changing the tooth structure, fascinated me. The front gal, probably noticed how I was so into the video, despite the commotions that was going on, she took a brief moment to explain to me of what I was seeing. I knew then that this is an office all about educating their patients and letting them know some of the impossibilities can be possible to be done. more

If you are like me and work from 8-5pm, Mon-Fridays, having any Dr's appointment would be impossible. I would strongly suggest Gentech Dentist. They open as early as 7:00 am till 7:00 pm and even open on Fridays. It works out perfect for me. I can get treatment done before work or after work, without taking away from my weekends (my only free time). Besides the hours, the whole atmosphere and experience is one of a kind. My favorite thing about coming to Gentech Dentist is getting my teeth cleaned. I have been coming to this office for a few years and I get my teeth cleaned and an exam with the doctor every 6 months. I am lucky to have had good luck with my teeth and have not needed any fillings or more extensive type things. I am greeted with a smile by the receptionist every time I come in, the hygienist is always thorough and gentle plus the dentist is a down to earth kind of guy. I like this office and have recommended it to people more time than I can remember. more

I came to this Office wanting Braces. This was a second opion for me. The Orthodontist and his staff make you feel welcome, and they do not talk to you like you are stupid. I had so many questions for him and his assistants. My one hour appointment turned into a 3 hour appointment with the Orthodontist answering any and all of my questions. They took an x-ray free of charge. Offered me magazines, something to drink, and even a blanket when I was cold. The front office was very nice. They informed me that I needed to be there early to fill out paper work. I figured that this was going to be a long process, it was nice and easy, they were ready for me when I got there and the paper work took less than 5 minutes to do. They make sure you leave very well informed instead of like the other places where you leave asking your self "what just happened?" Even he and one of his assistants have braces, making me feel better about being an adult with braces. They Offer you intrest free payment options and their prices are pretty good. I would recommend this office to any and all of my friends and family that are thinking about getting braces. And if the Orthodontist and his team treat me as well as this I can only imagine how the General Dentist and his staff are.... Pros: Make you feel welcome Cons: None more

I enjoyed the promptness of all my appointments. I didn't have any discomfort durring or after my visits. I appreiciated the cleanliness of the office and how nice the whole staff was. The Hillsboro office is in a very convinient location, with the Orenco Station max stop right down the street. I don't have to worry about parking. more

Gentech Hillsboro has been my regular dentist since I moved here from Maryland. My dentist, his assistants and employees, definitely cater to my dental needs. I could not ask for more in a dental office! They make my dental visit fun and interesting every time. They always make me laugh and feel relax while in the chair and that is without nitrous. AMAZING!!! more

The Hillsboro Gentech is a GREAT place to go for any dental work needs. Their dentist are very nice, they explain everything that is involved with the treatment that they do. All of the other staff members are there to offer great assistance to every patient. I had a great experience at this office. The doctor and staff are very friendly and professional. I had not been to the dentist for a long time prior to coming to Gentech Dentist. I was embarrassed and afraid of what they would say to me and I did not want to be scolded. I felt bad enough about my neglect and did not need anyone to try to make me feel worse about myself. Yes, I needed a lot of work, but I was treated with such respect and kindness. I am glad I found this office and can't imagine going any where else. Pros: The way they treat people! more

I am a fairly new customer to Gentech Dentist, but from all my other experiences, this office is definitely top notch! The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very caring. They put me at ease very quickly, and I have never liked dentists before! They have a very open waiting room, with no glass windows to cut you off with. They do an awesome job estimating insurance coverage as best they can so I have a good idea of what I will have to pay. One of my old dentists expected me to bill my own insurance, but that's not the case here. Their office is open 12 hours a day (most days), too, so if I have a question, I can usually get a hold of someone. Or, I can leave a message for someone specific, and they always get back to me.
