I am a fairly new customer to Gentech Dentist, but from all my other experiences, this office is definitely top notch! The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very caring. They put me at ease very quickly, and I have never liked dentists before! They have a very open waiting room, with no glass windows to cut you off with. They do an awesome job estimating insurance coverage as best they can so I have a good idea of what I will have to pay. One of my old dentists expected me to bill my own insurance, but that's not the case here. Their office is open 12 hours a day (most days), too, so if I have a question, I can usually get a hold of someone. Or, I can leave a message for someone specific, and they always get back to me. I can't imagine ever changing dentists again - there is no one else I would trust.
Pros: The high technology, caring & competent staff
Cons: No weekend hours
