I come today to Gentech Dentist this is a wonderful place. They are very professional dental assistants and Doctors. I would recommend. The receptionist Rachel is very friendly and helpful for whatever you need. They make sure to fit your plan and help with your budget and to me was very helpful . Gentech dentist Hillsboro is the best dental office. I have been coming to this office seeing Dr Barghouti for over a year now. I left my old dental office down the road just due to the staff. I feel very comfortable at Gentech dentist hillsboro. Dr Barghouti is an awesome dentist, he makes me feel very welcome. He is very thorough and passionate about his work. Also Edward is great! He is also very thorough when explaining what to expect during my procedures and answering all my questions. He is great with patients! Everyone at Gentech Hillsboro is amazing! Great staff, I will definitely refer friends and family to this office. more

My entire family has been going to this office for dental care for over 5 years now, and we have always found that every staff member goes above and beyond general expected courtesy. They are very helpful, kind, friendly, and do a great job not only with a treatment, but also in working with you on billing and appointments. This is my opinion, but I felt like I was worked over and I really care and try to take great care of my teeth. \r \r Also they keep sending bills when I was on a payment plan..... \r \r The Dr. found 14 fillings he needed to do. 2 were larger and we did and the rest were "Smaller ones". Well I let him do 6 and my mouth hurt more than usual and I always felt rushed. \r \r * I had a cleaning on my treatment plan. it fell off and I had to ask a second time for it to be added. I was told by this dentist first that he only recommended cleanings for presentations etc.. and my mouth was in poor shape and I would be in pain. Than he said he didnt recommend one because my old fillings would fall out and I would be in pain. Well I saw 3 other dentists and all of them said I should have a cleaning immediately. \r \r * Now I know he uses technology, but I am not sure if you should drill everything you see? Before becoming a patient of Gentech Hillsboro I had traumitizing experiences with dentists and was terrified of receiving dental treatments. It is now nearly 10 years that I have been going to Gentech Hillsboro without fail nor fear. Thanks to the patience and excellent care I receive from both Doctor Justin Elson who has the patience of an angel with fingers as light as feathers and my wonderful dental hygienist Yelena Gofman who not only keeps my teeth and gums as healthy as possible, she has also helped me overcome my previous terror of dental cleanings. I just want to give a shout out to Gentech Dentist in Hillsboro. I have been a customer since 2004 and have had nothing but the best experiences. I remember the first time I ran into an issue with billing thru my insurance company that was not their fault, but Rachel was extremely accommodating earned my satisfaction by offering a very benevolent solution quickly. I was very pleased. As a result I have continued to be a Gentech patient ever since and I have found Dr. Terry to be very knowledgeable and skillful with his diagnosis and treatment as well as very personable. Since then, there has only been one other time I had an issue with insurance payments, and Rachel came thru once again with a solution that was most agreeable to me. more

I am not a fan of going to the Dentist but this was so much better than I thought it would be. If you dont enjoy going to the dentist you wont mind this place. Very clean and nice staff. more

I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year and was a little nervous about going but they made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist is kind of an airhead but Dr. Elson is great! He did xrays and caught a problem early and I am so thankful! They are all very nice and courteous. Gentech is a great place! more

The dentist's there are great. The staff however is always changing. It makes you wonder what is wrong with the business. But if you have to rely on your insurance the dental work is very good. more

I live right down the street from this office,. I think it is great that I can walk over there to get a cleaning done. They also have the Orenco Station max stop right there. They are located in a great little area right in the Hillsboro area. I would and will be recommending this office to all of my neighbors! Pros: Great location Cons: Nothing more

You could say that because of past dental experiences, that I had developed a bit of dental phobia for a while. Once I started going to this dental office, it was like all of my dental fears went away. The staff is great with people like me who haven't had the best treatment in the past. They expalin everything in depth with you and make you feel very comfortable about being in the chair and having work done. I will never go anywhere else. more

I moved to Hillsboro recently and a friend recommended Gentech Dentist. I have always hated going to the dentist, and because I put it off for so long, I was way overdue for a root canal. I've never had a root canal before and was really nervous about the pain. Dr. Elson immediately put me at ease. He has a very warm and friendly demeanor. He explained the process of the root canal well, and I felt much more comfortable than when I walked in. I didn't experience any pain during the procedure, and Dr. Elson insured that I would be comfortable in the days following. Because of the success of my root canal, I felt confident that I could have my very sensitive teeth whitened in the office without too much discomfort. Dr. Elson and his hygienist made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. My whiter smile looks wonderful! I also had a cleaning done in this office, and again, felt like I was being well cared for the whole time. The office is really nice. Everything looks really new and clean, and they have great magazines, which we all know makes for a better waiting room! The staff is always friendly, and the location is perfect for where I live.
