If zero was available that's what I would rate them! THIEVES!!!! They submit FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK to claim payment for nonexistent service call. They said they would come to my home on Wednesday July 13 between 11-3. I was home the ENTIRE DAY and no tech showed up or called. I called Thursday July 14 to cancel service call in the morning. They submitted paperwork stating they showed up and the work was not covered under warranty. THEY NEVER CAME TO OR ENTERED MY HOME! more

unskilled un professionals dishonest people 10/30/2018

Do not call them, patricia and frank and don are gangs, thieves, they swindle rheem company, they make up stories to get warranty, do not pay them for the service charge, they want $130 just to come and do nothing, the plumber came and looked at my water heater today and ran away lol, he could not even service it, he said I will be back in half an hour , then he lied and said oh you are out of warranty and he does not have the part lol. OmG the supervisor Frank is a liar too, he makes up stories just to hide. Totaly unprofessional people, and dishonest. more

bathtub leak 2/18/2018

sent a tech out said I had a defective bath tub due to rust and left. had RC plumbing come , replace a gasket and a cartridge and leak is fixed .This guy from Gennaros did not even take a screw driver out . Poor customer service and pure laziness. Do not use these people if you want peace of mind. I strongly recommend RC plumbing out of Upland Ca. It is amazing How many people do not want to do good work anymore. I wll also be contacting the state contractors board on this Business more

Quality service 1/4/2017

Gennaros plumbing has never let me down when diagnosing my plumbing issues.frank with his 40 plus year experience is always right.before this company came to my house I had 5 other plumbers who could not find my leak.it took Frank 15 min to find my leak and do same day repair.they are great!!! more

Called our insurance old republic about a drain leak, they send Gennaro over the next day. the guy charged us $60 for doing nothing except talking, he then left and sent over another contractor who wants to break our ceiling for $3000 so Gennaro could fix the leak. That guy said our problem is just a "tip of the iceberg". scared the crap of us in the beginning, good we wasn't born yesterday. We have to get another plumber and paid $150 out of our pocket to fix the leak. So if you want to get your plumbing fixed, we say good luck to you. This guys is almost a con-artist. more

Beware, this company never calls, never shows up. Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have dealt with, only because it was through AHS Home Warranty company, they pushed them on me. Do not let them do that, pick anyone but this company, search on Google, lots of bad reviews. more
