Do not call them, patricia and frank and don are gangs, thieves, they swindle rheem company, they make up stories to get warranty, do not pay them for the service charge, they want $130 just to come and do nothing, the plumber came and looked at my water heater today and ran away lol, he could not even service it, he said I will be back in half an hour , then he lied and said oh you are out of warranty and he does not have the part lol. OmG the supervisor Frank is a liar too, he makes up stories just to hide. Totaly unprofessional people, and dishonest.
