Josh is the best. He is always pleasant, competent, and tries to save me money whenever he can. All the people at General Plumbing are true professionals.

Worst

The service and work was excellent, but the cost was exorbitant, way out of line!!!

General Plumbing / Stokes Mechanical - Josh 5/2/2017

We had a broken shower valve emergency early Saturday morning and couldn't shut it off - Josh was the only one who answered the phone. He showed up quickly and fixed the problem. Impeccable service and quick response time. more

Tankless gas hot water heater installation and new garage laundry room 2/11/2017

Recently requested an estimate for two projects requiring a tankless gas hot water heater installation and a move of washer and dryer from kitchen to garage. Spokes/General Plumbing sent Julio to assess the projects and give me an estimate. Julio was polite, professional and explained, thoroughly, all the components to the jobs. He made some excellent suggestions . I feel very confident that the job will go well. I thought the estimate was fair. The projects have not yet begun, but I look forward to working with this company based on my initial favorable impressions. more

Great Service 2/3/2017

Tracy assisted me in setting up an appointment. She was extremely pleasant and efficient and thanked us for using General Plumbing. Amy followed up with a call to let us know the driver would be here in a half hour. Adel was the field personnel to performed the work. He was very knowledgeable and a true gentleman the entire time he was at my house. I would highly recommend General Plumbing and their capable and efficient workers. more

Julio came out and spent a great deal of time working on a plumbing problem. He explained everything he was doing, and worked hard to identify the problem. I have only good things to say about his professionalism and his work ethic. more

Plumbing Service 1/11/2017

I was very satisfied with the service I received from General Plumbing and the plumber - Phil - who came to my house twice to put new parts in a toilet and then to replace the kitchen faucet and two faucets in my bathroom. He was very professional and helpful with ideas for how to select what I needed to keeping everything in working condition. Best plumber and plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. more

The plumbers are union so their prices are higher than places that are not, but the quality of the plumber who came to my house was excellent and he found the problem right away and was nothing but competent and polite. I would recommend them. more
