Recently requested an estimate for two projects requiring a tankless gas hot water heater installation and a move of washer and dryer from kitchen to garage. Spokes/General Plumbing sent Julio to assess the projects and give me an estimate. Julio was polite, professional and explained, thoroughly, all the components to the jobs. He made some excellent suggestions . I feel very confident that the job will go well. I thought the estimate was fair. The projects have not yet begun, but I look forward to working with this company based on my initial favorable impressions.
